Can I request that my goods be shipped to a different delivery address?
We regret that due to attempted fraudulent transactions in the past that we will only ship to your billing address on the first order. Once this address has been verified we can make arrangements for alternative delivery addresses for future orders. We can also make arrangements for goods to be collected if delivery to your home address is a problem.

One of our suppliers will contact you to book the delivery slot with you. This may be when the stock has arrived in your local branch. If you wish to track the progress of your order please contact us for an update.

Orders may be collected and we will advise you of the nearest branch to collect from. If you wish to request a collection please make sure you advise us in the additional instructions area within the checkout.

Delivery is free of charge for all orders above £50. If your order value is below £50 delivery is charged at £10 plus VAT.

If the item is in stock in a local branch we can deliver next working day. We aim to deliver a majority of our items within 3 working days. If the item needs to be ordered from a manufacture the lead time may be extended.
